I was on the struggle bus for a while, or as Shelli calls it “the old dirt road.” I was on the old dirt road on autopilot just trucking along with anxiety, parenting struggles, and intrusive thoughts. I knew I needed help to change direction. A friend recommended I contact Shelli. And so I did, and the rest is history! Making that call was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am so incredibly thankful that she came into my life when she did. My life has changed for the better thanks to Shelli. Two years of seeing Shelli gave me more than I could ever have imagined. She helped me realize my strength and my worth. She gave me the tools for healthy communication, parenting, and friendships. I am in a much better place because of Shelli. I feel blessed and lucky that I was able to gain some of her wisdom. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Shelli for changing my life.
